Workshop on art and movement therapy

This sunday i took the opportunity to attend a workshop on art and movement therapy by CREATE .there are 2 instructors both from UK...one an art instructor ...the other a drama instructor...well...it is really an eyeopener...as it is my ist time in trying out this kind of therapy...
the group is made up of people of all backgrd...OT from imh, sch psychologists,artiste...and interestingly wood doctors...
the process was very self reflecting...i successfully drew 3 pictures (a big self protrait, a conscious self and a sub conscious self)...cannot show you...confidential lah...
i enjoyed the movement therapy the most...with different kinds of music guiding...you learn to listen to your nonverbals and your verbals in connection...
the therapies can also help children with special needs (eg autism ..schizophrenic)...very interesting ...
