Stocks plummenting...is Recession coming?

with all the news of stock market slowly down and stocks plummenting becoz of US markets...makes one really wonder is Recession coming?
though newspaper kept "consoling" the public the "falling" is just temporary...but may wat lies ahead seems so fragile....i was just praying to God ...wat's next...SARS...HFMD...Dengue...wat's next....never take things ...for granted...
