Dynasty travel played me out:(

must complain...i booked a 14d tour to eastern europe in dec during Nantas by Dynasty cos i scout around agencies...tis agency offered best price and itineary...i and my tour mate were looking forward to the trip....

till i received a call from them in oct...asking us to withdraw from trip cos not enuf people to travel ...they are not willing to book the flight for us....Ridiculous! i got angry and confused cos it is the first time i met a tour agency asking people to withdraw ...dun they wan business?

i prayed and asked God for leading...also spoke to my tour mate...and i called the agency again...spoke to them about combining other days group...or considering joining other available dates....the executive serving me say will try to do so ...ask me to wait another week to confirm...

so we waited ...another week...i called to follow up...the agent say the chances of combiningg tour are slim...chances of getting flight for so few of us also slim..coaxed me whether to join other tour to other countries.....i got really angry in my heart, cos i felt a bit cheated.feel they are just dragging the time so tat we dun have other tours to go...

hence...i decided to talk to my tour mate to withdraw the whole thing....so i felt i couldnt trust this agency anymore...:( very disappointing....

when i told this incident to my frens and colleagues...some told me "some agencies like dynasty , SA Tours do this tactic to get customers ...then later ask them to withdraw cos not profitable for them to have tour grp less than 10..."

so angry .....how can singapore reputable agencies do such a thing ...isnt dishonesty?

it was really an unpleasant experience ....and services in this tour agency is so bad...send document have to chase and call so many time...sigh sigh sigh....
