Release of PSLE results

yes its the time of the year again
after working hard for the year
teachers waiting to see whether how well their pupils have fare
parents waiting anxiously wondering whether their child has done them proud
pupils cant wait to see their results wondering if they get the marks they wanted
wondering they got the marks their parents wanted
after receiving their results
teachers congratulate them for passing and promotion to sec sch
parents relieved that their child can go to express instead of normal stream
pupils ,mixed feelings
yes i can go express stream
yes i got As
but my aggregate so low
i cant go to the sch i wan
or where my frens will be
dilemma
it is really not easy to be a child in singapore
you have expectations from
yourself
parents
teachers
school
society
i pray that you will the wisdom to make your own choice
to whom u wan to be
the choice is yours
