Think of 3 GOOD Things

I went on a course recently on " Learned Optimism", and the facilitator asked us to reflect and remember 3 good things that happened every day and recorded down on paper.

IT Is really hard to think of 3 GOOd things that happened every day, i realised...we have been bambarded with bad and worse news every day, fire fighting...
after 2 weeks of writing down , i started to learn to THANK God even for the smallest GOOD thing that happened in my life...

" Learn to think of good things and Thank God for little things."
